The
Morris Learning Aptitude Test (LAT)
assesses the ability of an
individual to learn new skills and to acquire new knowledge. This
test is effective in measuring the capacity of a candidate to learn
new procedures on the job or to adapt to new equipment or software.
The
Mechanical Aptitude Test (MAT)
assesses a candidate's ability to
understand basic mechanical principles. The test contains forty (40)
test questions which require candidates to demonstrate skills and/or
abilities in basic mechanical contexts. Candidates have thirty (30)
minutes to complete the test.
The
Candidate Self Report (CSR)
assesses the integrity, work
ethic, and service orientation of employees, and can be used as a
valuable tool in the hiring process. The CSR predicts overall job
performance to a high degree. Studies also demonstrate the CSR’s
ability to elicit valuable information from a candidate on these
additional important work dimensions: Turnover, Discipline,
Initiative, Interpersonal Skills, Multi-Tasking, Safety,
Racial/Ethnic Cultural Tolerance, Teamwork, Drug/Alcohol Use and
Self Confidence.
